Village Exchange Center was created to serve the immigrant and refugee population in metro Denver. Via funding and donations, they have built out a performing arts center as a sanctuary by creating a state-of-the-art space for daily use to allow adult and youth participants to have a place that welcomes them to do theater, dance, and film.
