The Learning Council created Arts for All to bring arts to Delta county’s youth
regardless of ability to pay. Private music lessons and art classes are included with
over 68% of the participants qualifying for free lunch. Delta county cut funding to their arts programs in schools in 2016. This program fills in those gaps and provides one of few art and culture experiences for local youth.
